We provide easy and hassle-free cancellation. You can cancel your order via the app before it is Shipped to your delivery location. This option is available under the “Your Orders” tab in the “View Details”
Our deliveries begin from 10 AM and the last delivery is completed by 10 PM (these are subject to local government restrictions if any)
Every store has its delivery charges, which can be waived off if you order above a specified minimum amount from the store.
On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting My Orders.
Stores make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can't collect your order the first time.
